Sofonishba Anguissola

From February 11 to June 11, 2023, Rijksmuseum Twenthe held the first solo exhibition in the Netherlands on the life and work of Sofonisba Anguissola (ca. 1532–1625), one of the most talented portrait artists of the Italian Renaissance.

Sofonisba Anguissola, praised by her contemporaries for her talent and creativity, is one of the most successful female artists of the Renaissance. For the exhibition, we produced promotional assets such as a trailer and TV ad. We concealed Sofonisba's work behind a veil of mystery, treating it like a precious gem waiting to be uncovered
